Overview
Whisper ("we," "us," or "our") offers subscription-based access to an AI-powered daily message tool at whisper.day. We want you to feel confident in your purchase. This policy explains when and how refunds are issued.
Subscription Refunds
Free Tier
The Seeker plan is permanently free and requires no payment. No refund is applicable.
Paid Subscriptions (Explorer & Sage)
We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of your first payment.
If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of a new paid subscription, contact us at hello@whisper.day and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
After 7 days, subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
Renewals
If you forgot to cancel before a renewal charge, contact us within 48 hours of the renewal date. We will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at hello@whisper.day with:
- The email address associated with your account
- The date of the charge
- A brief reason (optional, but helpful)
We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing inside the app. Cancellation stops future charges immediately. You retain access through the end of your current billing period.
